Bridgett Burroughs

Founder & President

Bridgett Burroughs is a dual-licensed Family and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years of experience in healthcare, entrepreneurship, and community advocacy. She is the founder of several impactful ventures, including a home-based daycare, a CLIA-certified lab, and Naeem Justice Inc., a nonprofit supporting families affected by Sickle Cell Anemia.

Her clinical background spans emergency medicine, gastroenterology, and in-home care, reflecting a lifelong commitment to holistic health and equitable access. Today, she serves the community, combining medical expertise with mentorship to uplift and inspire youth.

A dedicated mother and community leader, Bridgett is driven by a mission to heal, empower, and lead with compassion.

Jabria Chambers

Vice President

Jabria Chambers was born and raised in Nassau County, NY and earned her B.S. in Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology from Molloy College. While her career path shifted away from criminal justice, her passion for community empowerment remains central to her work. She currently serves as Director of Operations at Red Door Learning Company, where she oversees multi-site educational and therapeutic programs that serve children and families across Long Island.

In 2018, she launched the annual Back to School Drive—an initiative rooted in giving back to the community she came from. Jabria continues to lead with purpose, living a holistic lifestyle grounded in wellness, connection, and service.

Sharifa Pratt

Secretary

Sharifa Pratt is a New York City native with goals and aspirations to give back to her community. Throughout her life, education has always been of extreme importance. She obtained her undergraduate degree at Adelphi University, followed by her Master’s Degree a year later. Her passion for education has allowed her to be many things, including a versatile educator. As a versatile educator, she has been able to enrich the lives of a wide variety of students. This includes students afflicted with ADD/ADHD, learning disabilities and behavioral challenges. From her experiences, she has been able to remain sensitive to her students’ unique capabilities. 

In her spare time, Sharifa enjoys reading, serving her community, and acquiring new skills. Naeem Justice Inc. has allowed Sharifa to learn, engage, and connect with her community on a grander scale.
